SHARON CATALDI

Sharon Cataldi brings nearly 30 years of administrative, operational, and financial leadership

experience to her role as Principal. Originally from Delaware, Sharon moved to Arizona in 2006

with her husband, Mike, where they built their life and have been raising their three children

together. Over the years, her professional journey has taken her through church ministry,

business and organizational operations, nonprofit leadership, and school administration, giving

her a wide range of experiences that have shaped her heart for service and her commitment to

Christian education.

Sharon’s life has always centered around faith, family, and creating spaces where people feel

supported, valued, and encouraged. She has served in various ministry and community roles,

each one deepening her desire to invest in children and families. These experiences have

influenced her belief that education should nurture both the mind and the heart, guiding students

not only academically but spiritually as they grow into who God has called them to be.

Outside of school, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching movies.

She treasures the simple moments that bring connection and rest, and she carries that same sense

of warmth and care into her leadership.

Sharon considers it a blessing to lead a Christcentered school community. She is passionate

about building a culture where students feel known, families feel welcomed, and staff feel united

in purpose. Her desire is to help create a school environment that reflects God’s love, encourages

growth, and supports each child on their unique journey.
