SARA WORKMAN

DEAN OF STUDENTS

Sara Workman serves as the Dean of Students at Jewell School, bringing a unique blend of leadership experience, political engagement, and Christ-centered passion to her role. A Jewell mom for the past three years, Sara now steps into this position with a heart for guiding students not only academically, but spiritually.

Originally from sunny Los Angeles, Sara carries West Coast warmth with a love for the beach, pickleball, and surfing, but her laid-back style is paired with years of high-level leadership. She previously served as the Public Information Officer for the Pinal County Attorney’s Office, where she developed expertise in communications, crisis management, and community outreach.

Sara’s background extends beyond education into national political involvement. She was actively engaged in the Trump campaign with the Republican National Committee and Turning Point’s “Chase the Vote” initiative, and in 2024, she had the honor of speaking on opening night at the Republican National Convention. These experiences shaped her ability to inspire, mobilize, and lead with clarity—skills she now applies to creating a thriving, values-driven school environment.

At the core of Sara’s life and leadership is her relationship with Jesus. She is deeply committed to cultivating a Christ-centered atmosphere on campus, where students are encouraged to discover God’s purpose for their lives and are prepared to walk boldly in their faith wherever life takes them. Her joyful spirit, caring leadership, and unwavering support make her a cherished part of the Jewell School community.
